go to....START> CONTROL PANEL > USER ACCOUNTS> CHANGE AN ACCOUNT........

If u want to change The BOOT SCREEN, Then u can use Style XP(Male+Female) Or U can use Tune Up 2006(winstyler option).
Using Style XP

Install Male and female both then opening style XP u can see an option named BOOT screen,U can chage the boot screen from here.
Using Tune UP 2006
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Go to Winstyler Tab change the boot Screen, Here U even can use Your photo as Boot Screen,Only the quality of the picture will be decreased.

If it is Win 98 Operating System then Open the Logos.sys file in MSPAINT and change the image.

go to control pannel
click on use accounts
you will be able to do it from there
