I think they would be about the same, depends on your weight on how effective it is. codiene may be slightly stronger

It all depends on the person - everybody is different. For me the 5 mg of hydrocodone puts 60mg of codeine to shame.

5mg hydrocodone is way stronger than codein any idiot should now that ask a pharmacist they will tell you the same thing i did.

I believe the 60mg of codiene would be stronger...........and stronger on your stomach!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
