Yeah Sally does die in Home and Away
And i know who the murderer is.
Its her "imaginary" friend from many years ago. MILKO. Milko turns out to be Eve "Summer Stalker" who is the long lost daughter of Pippa and Tom.
Milko as we all know "died" in the barn fire along with Peter Baker "who isn't dead after all" but is actually in witness protection.

Donald Fisher comes back and discovers that his daughter Bobbie was not his daughter after all, but he had a son instead. And this turns out to be....................... FLYNN SAUNDERS.
Oh my god. This is the gospel truth from the spoilers website i have just discovered.
This is seriously good writing by the script writers of Home and Away.

someone had asked this same question and a person replied saying - she wont die from the stab wound.. but does eventually die of something and Pippa returns to look after baby pip and decide what happens and i think Leah takes over ...

yeah she dies and pippa comes back and then tom returns from the dead. then stevo (still reliving the nightmare of the house fire) comes back and makes carlie pregnant
