I'm think i have high metabolism which many people seem 2 be jealous of coz i eat wotever i want to most of the time.

I am around 5feet 8.

hi you sound exactly like my husband. really all you do have to do is eat more times in a day, and eat more protein on the extra times you do eat. such as chicken and rice or steak and potatoes. plus on top of eating you really need to exercise and not so much any cardio (treadmill) you need to do strength training. lifting weights, leg press etc... really though it is what you put in your body to eat and how many times a day you do eat. good luck with your journey and i hope this helped=)

and eat accordingly
you will gain weight and no fat
