A lot of my friends like him too and one of them is talking about asking him out soon.Should I ask him out before her or let her have him?

This is the 21st century. Asking a guy out is not illegal but it is better to inform your friend first so that you guys wont have any misunderstandings

i could tell u, that u should go for him, and beat Ur friend 2 him, but im not. what i have 2 say is that,u hav 2 think about what this is going 2 do 2 Ur friendship, 'cause(as u know) girls are very competitive about guys. So u hav 2 decided if u want 2 cash in Ur friendship for the guy, or u could be the bigger person and let Ur friend ask him out. if it does not work out be there 4 her.( AS PEOPLE SAY THERE ARE MORE FISH IN THE SEA) i gave u 2 alternatives all u hav 2 do is pick one. the ball is in Ur Court

Really depends on how interested you are in persueing a relationship.
If he's really only on your radar as someone who might be a bit of fun for a while- back away and let your friend try.
However if you feel strongly about him. Tell your friend of your intentions and then ask him out at the earliest possible opportunity. You don't want to be double crossed by your friend.
If you are double crossed by your friend then she is in fact not a friend and should hence forth be considered a mortal enemy!

I have this exact same problem. But only for me i dont think anyone is planning to ask her out. Ok, all i can tell you is if you like him alot, and you think you might have a chance with him then ask him out. But if you think the relationship won't last with him and that other girl, then you can wait. Do what you feel is right. I'ts your life, live it your way.
