I have a weird sensation in my lower right abdomen that I have never felt before. It does not hurt and isn't really uncomfortable but it is kinda freaking me out a litte bit. Also recently i have been getting random sharp pains in my left part of my chest. Most of the time im fine and the pains leave just as quick as they came. These weird feelings have kind of came out of nowhere around the same time. Do you think I might have colon or lung cancer or something? I am only in my twenties but I guess it can happen to anyone.

just relax. it might just be stress. the chest pain can be costochondritisa and a simple pain reliever will do. but of course if it still persists, have it checked so that further test will be done by the doctor to rule out other illnesses. i don't think it is colon or lung cancer. is there anyone in the family who had cancer? do you smoke? do you eat mostly meats or have a diet low in fiber? do you have other symptoms like weight loss, anemia, rectal bleeding, painful defecation, mass etc? do you have difficulty of breathing? if your answer is all yes, further evaluation should be done and go consult a doctor.

if it were extremely painful, you'd go to an emergency room and not post about it on yahoo, so i'm guessing this isn't life threatening.

maybe keep tabs on how much water you're drinking, if you're eating healthy, if you're exercising, and if you're managing stress well, and try to find if you can see a pattern. that way when you see the doctor you will have more information for him.

I think this is a somatization. Cancer patients with disease spreading to several organs (as you have thought) don't start out their symptoms like this. You need to talk to your family doctor. It sounds like a prodrome of a psychiatric condition, could be just from stress or could be as serious as schizophrenia. Left untreated, you may develop paranoid, illusion, hallucination and so forth. No kidding.

Usually right lower quadrant pain is indicative of appendicitis but youre up and about so it must be something else.
the left part of your chest contains many organs including your heart, furnish more details.
and if its bothering you see a doctor.
