I don't know if it is. I've managed to lie on the floor when I've been extremely drunk. It's not the floor that worries me, it's the walls moving around.

Sounds like a good experiment to me. The opposite must be true tho', lying on the floor holding on must mean your drunk ;-)

Not sure. I guess if you are lying on the floor and holding on, then you must be drunk, otherwise the floor wouldn't be upright. So logic would dictate that if you didn't have to hold on, the floor would be on the bottom of the room and therefore you are not drunk. @*hic.*

No it is not true. You can be totally blasted and lie on the floor without holding on- trust me...you can even have your eyes closed!!

If you CAN'T lay on the floor without holding on then it may mean you have problems with your sensation of balance. My advice is zip the mouth to give you more stability and ask George to contact Rod Jane and Freddy to entertain you.

Yes- the other day i was lying on the floor after a bit of socialising and i was spinning so much i nearly fell off and hit my head on the ceiling- and then i woke up!

Haven't a clue! One thing I know is that I can be stark drunk and I will still be able to walk on a straight line!

True. On the other hand, if you're on the floor and frantically swimming to the shore, you've had more than one too many.
