You can try doing exercises to improve your vision. I recently started doing eye exercises to try to improve my vision. I created a blog where I record my progress with the exercises.

My vision is 20/400, which is really poor.

I recently saw some improvement. Other people (who have also experienced improvements) have posted comments about their experiences as well. You can check it out at: http://improvingmyeyesight.com/blog

Hope this helps...

There is no way that you can improve your eyesight short of surgery. If there was noone would wear glasses. There are many myths about this but no study showing any method works. I eat properly and do yoga regularly and it certainly hasn't made my eyesight better. Glasses are terrible for sports but contacts are wonderful - I swim and hill walk in mine. I don't wrestle but why do you think you can't wear contacts because of sports? For example rugby players wear contacts and taht is a real contact sport. There are myths that you can't wear contacts swimming but this is not correct. You do have to be careful and I wear dailies to swim so I can throw them out afterwards.

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/3e16f
