mix together beef mince, pork mince & bacon mince. Add salt pepper herbs to taste. add a pinch of chilly powder. Fry onions & garlic. Add to the mixed mince once the onions/garlic cools down. Form into patties. Freeze so that they stay together. Fry or grill and serve in a warm bun with cheese, iceberg lettuce, bell peppers, etc. these burgers are really great!

fry up some chopped onion with garlic and chopped bacon
allow it to cool and then add to the mince
add salt and pepper
mix and make into patties
cover with clingfilm and put in fridge for 30 minutes - this makes them stick together more
then grill or fry on both sides
When you've nearly finished put a slice of cheese on top and allow to melt then put in a burger bun
on the side have some lettuce, sliced cucumber, red onion, and tomato so that you can build your burger to the size you like
also serve with potato wedges
delicious! think I might do that for dinner tonight!
