I recently shed few kgs but my biceps look bigger then rest of my body. I can't wear sleevless as my arms look bulgy. I do excercise specially focused on arms but no result.

Congrats on losing a few ks. Why not concentrate on the good curvy bits of your body, and forget about the bulgy arms and choose tops with sleeves. Since my kids called my arms "trucky arms" I've worn sleeves ever since. !!

don't worry about your arms; in our family we blame it on the Moynihans and even call our elbows the "Moynihan dimple"
I am 5'6" and 125 lbs and in very good condition, but my biceps and deltoids still sag slightly and my upper arms are still rather large and wobbly. My job requires a lot of physical activity andall the weight lifting I do hasn't changed them much.I don't worry about them at all.: they make nice pillows for the kids of an evening when we watch the telly together

U must be doing the wrong exercise for your arms.
..It could be the reason why ur arm is muscular.
