Obviously you've never experienced this rare beautiful experience. Otherwise, you would clearly know the difference between lust and love at first sight. Our love at first sight has lasted for 7 years, and we're still going strong, stronger than ever. It is not about appearance, just you feel that this person has always belonged in your life and this feeling is so natural. From the first time you see this person you realise that they are detinyed to be part of your life. Not lust, or being in love with the idea of love, this is completely different. I hope it happens to you some day, you don't even have to believe in it, I didn't until one day I walked into a bar and boom it happened.

It's just mere attraction. Could be love at first sight though...like, after you get to know the person and then fall in love.

Exactly but it should be called ATTRACTION or ADMIRATION at first sight because love grows. Those that say it was love apparently confuse love with strong likeness/infatuation.

Love is growing to accept the person for who, what and how he/she is , including imperfections and sharing compromises and sacrifices.

i dont belive in love at first sight, love is a strong bond with someone that takes time. it is a respect and mutual understanding for that special person. i thought i was in love many times but i was wrong. until you experience love you can never understand it. if you trully love someone you will put them before all else. they are part of you and you dont feel whole without them. lust sometimes feels similar but it is deffinatly not the same

does love at first sight exist, probably not. does love at this touch, most definitly. eyes can't be deceiving but a touch can be the difference between love and lust.

Yeah it is, but there is also this thing called "genetic imprinting". Your DNA is, in some cases actually programmed to be attracted to certain types, usually genetic types similar to yours, but different.

I found this out when a baby my mother gave up for adoption (before she married my dad) found her. It turns out my half brother looks exactly like men I was slavishy and insanely attracted to on sight my whole life! This is when I started reading about DNA and attraction, who we are attracted to is sometimes programmed into us, isn't that weird???
