Touch is quite possibly the most reliable and the most powerful means you have of expressing your love. Words can be misunderstood or misinterpreted because their meaning depends on so many other things, such as facial expression, tone of voice, previous word associations, etc.
Touch, by comparison, is straightforward and relatively unmistakable. Use it freely to reinforce and augment your verbal expressions of love. Expressing your love through touch says: "I care about you." "I'm here for you." "You're important in my life."
Touch creates a sense of comfort and belonging, of having someone on your side, of being bonded together in a fundamental way.
There are times when no words are sufficient to convey your caring and concern for your partner. It's at these times that touch is even more critical as a means of communicating your love.

There is no need to tell a guy that u r in love. They are more sensible. Every time u see him give him a great loving smile. Look at him when ever possible, as soon as he looks at u, turn ur face down with a smile. He should be aware of what u r doing.
Guys are fools, they fall in girls net soon....

making a phone call is the most powerful tool.. i mean you can say anything you want if only you are shy

do what makes both of u happy but if your trying to make it about him do what makes him happy and do it right, go all out and suprise him nothing is more memorable then a suprise of what they love...
