How about Swiss pasta?
Ingredients
250g/8¾oz plain flour
2 eggs
55ml/2fl oz double cream
30g/1oz unsalted butter
½ courgette, grated
55ml/2fl oz double cream
2 slices of bacon, chopped
small handful of fresh herbs, including basil and parsley
55g/2oz mozzarella, torn
Method
1. Place the flour and eggs into a food processor and blend together. With the motor running, drizzle in enough cream to bind together.
2. Shape the mixture into a ball and then finely slice.
3. Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta for 2-3 minutes. Drain.
4. Gently melt the butter in a large frying pan and sauté the courgette for 1-2 minutes.
5. Add the pasta and stir in the cream and bacon and heat for a further 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the bacon is cooked.
6. Remove from the heat and stir in the fresh herbs.
7. Transfer the pasta to a serving dish and scatter the torn mozzarella over to serve.

Well I think U try this one :
Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1" piece of ginger, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
1 fresh chilli pepper (to taste), de-seeded and finely chopped
1 tsp ground turmeric
400g tin chopped tomatoes
½ lb mushrooms of your choice, sliced
1 large floury potato, diced
½ pint water
Notes
For best results use a mix of mushrooms - e.g. closed cup, chestnut and field. Don't try and get away with dried herbs and spices - you need the real thing. Serve with basmati rice, a side salad and a wedge of lemon.
Method
Heat the oil in a saucepan, then add the onion and cook for 5-10 mins until soft and starting to brown.
Add the garlic, ginger, chilli and coriander, stir well and cook for another 2 mins.
Now add the turmeric, tomatoes, mushrooms, potato and water.
Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 40 mins, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are cooked.
Enjoy!!!

How about making some Pizza toasties/bagettes?
* Take the bread and toast it.
* Spread it with some tomato ketchup or some other pizza sauce base.
* Put a variety of Pizza style toppings on. Examples include: mushrooms, peppers, and tomatos.
* Grate some cheese on top.
* Stick it under the grill until the cheese has melted.
* Enjoy
