Sometimes I can't understand what kind of attitude he has. I want to understand why he still needs a bestfriend moreover it's a girl, when he has already a girlfriend. And as far as I know she can't leave her bestfriend. I know that he's loyal to me but it is natural to girls to be easily jealous. What should I gonna do? please help me.

Chill.
You said he is faithful to you so relax and stop worrying. His having a girl for a best friend maybe more to your advantage than you realize.
My best friend is a guy and I happen to be his. I have found we've helped each other see how or actions would look from the opposite side of the fence on more than one occassion.(I've met all his gfs except the last one... most of them were sweet but the ones that weren't I let him know and I let them know I couldn't stand them as well but stayed out of the relationship...'cause otherwise I'd be crossing the line).
The thing is your partner becomes your best friend in a sense but only truely your best friend after a long time. I guess that's b/c the realtionship is more likely to fall part than just a friendship. So people don't make their partners their best friends untiless there is some kind of a long term commitment.
Besides the person who you have for you best friend is already there before the start of the relationship anyway.

You have every right to be jealous. Be aware of actions he is taking with his best friend.
Depends on the guy though, if he's a trustworthy type, you'll be fine.

talk to him and tell him you uncomfterble and if he likes you for real will respect your opinion and he'll do some thing about it ....but talking to him is the important thing here!!
