Eat less quantity, (but Quality food ) than the normal intake , thats how you still be able to eat the food you love and loose the lbs .

Choose a lower fat/calorie version of the food. Many packaged foods in grocery stores come in a regular version, plus a healthier one. Choose the healthier one, there's little to no taste difference from the regular version!
Also exercise many times per week, and drink lots of water.

thats alot of weight to lose, and the fact that you are suggesting that you can still eat the foods you love (i presume they are unhealthy foods) and lose 70 pounds is pretty ridiculous, if you want to lose the weight , make sure you do it right, lose it slowly, it wont happen fast, good diet and exercise.

go to gym. u like to eat fat sweet food? so stay in gym longer. i like eat choclad and cakes - i stay at gym every day for 2 hours. but i don't need to lose any weight. so if u need to lose weight plus eat what u want - go to gym twice for 2 hours each time during THE SAME DAY. well, of course if u don't need to go to work and don't have any children. otherwise i don't know what can u do. maybe surgery

Basically you have to exercise and eat less. There's no magic weight loss formula. Depending on what your favorite foods are, you may have to cut back on them or cut them out entirely.

portion control, try not to eat as much of the food you like try cutting out everything you drink except water it worked for me i ate all the food i like and i still lost weight by just drinking water instead of any other beverage;) good luck!!

The only way you can do that is by exercising and make sure that you burn more calories then you eat.
