You should not give her anything over the counter. Many medications aren't metabolized well in cats, and they can easily be fatal.

The best thing to do is take her to the vet, where they can try to figure out the reason for the limping and suggest the best course of treatment.

Best not to give her any human pain medication. Most are toxic to cats. I don't know how old your cat is, but many senior cats limp a bit in the winter because the cold affects their joints. My 8 year old for example will limp a bit or favor either one or the other of his front paws when he wakes up becuase I suspect his "ankle" joint has a bit of arthritic pain. What I do is massage the joint very gently for a few seconds or as long as he'd allow me and then he'll be running about again. This happens only in cold weather.

But if you are truly worried about your kitty's limp, why not take the safe course and go to a vet?

You should take cat to the vet in case there is a fracture or something serious.
