Crest Strips, the regular ones... I had yellow teeth for years from when I was a child, until I was an adult, I tried them when they first came out about 5 years ago, I do them once a year, I have a much whitter smile now, one my dentist said that it would be hard for him to give me when I was in high school,... mid 90's. So I tried them love them and will always use them, do not try the store brand, I have never had any luck with them

There are some toothpastes that are teeth whiteners, however, sometimes they make your teeth sensitive, and if they do you should stop using the toothpaste.

Another option is Crest whitening strips, after I started using then, I noticed my teeth were whiter after 2 or 3 days. My only minor complaint was that they made my teeth feel a little slimy sometimes.

Best of luck :-)

Brush your teeth, for about 4-5 weeks with your finger and common salt. that helps mostly if your teeth are okay and not super duper yellow.

Apples work for me! I guess it's the way you bite into them that cleans your teeth...
