Well, the one I can't stand is "And the rest, as they say, is history". I hate that expression. I mean, there was already a perfectly good phrase being used "And the rest is history" but no, people had to go and make it longer for no Goddamn reason in the world! Just to make themselves sound arrogant and pompus and verbose.
Expressions I am using at the moment include "Through the Glass Ceiling" "Hoppin' freaked" "There's a chick on the decks!" and good old "Methinks the Emporer is naked again"

I dont like the expression lol i think its a lazy way of saying you find something amusing but how many people write it and actually Laugh out loud when they do it? The meaning is lost. Whats wrong with haha?
I love the expression mmmm or aaaaah or anything that appears vaguely human in sound that can mean allsorts of things. Sooz are ya happy? Sooz: mmmm

I probably use "at the end of the day", "monkey" (in the Johnny Vegas throaty voice) and "to be honest..." too much, usually when I'm trying to think of something better to say. Worst expression: anything with swearing in it. At the end of the day ;)what's the point?

favorite- "Step off." (from one of Elaines boyfriends on Seinfeld)
least favorite - "AWESOME!","Thats AWESOME!" , "Thats just so AWESOME!", "How AWESOME is that??!!" (the total ruination of a perfectly good word like awesome because of overuse to the extreme by dimwitted celebrities who don't have anything worthwhile or intelligent to say)
