To all Christians...explain your religion?

Well I am a Christian. Just want to know ur opinion.

Christianity is not a religion, it's a personal relationship with God based on the principles in the Bible. :D

I am not sure how to give a short explanation of my belief ( I hate the word religion), but I will try.

God made everything that was created, God is in three parts (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) but is one God. God created us above all other creation by loving us enough to give us free will.

We get to choose if we will love God back or not, we also get to choose if we will sin or not. We fell (Adam and Eve) and were cursed with a sin nature. All people are born into sin.

God saw that we could not fellowship with him because he can not allow sin. God saw that a sacrifice was needed and that it had to be a perfect sacrifice to cover all sins, God came to earth as a child (Jesus) to be that sacrifice.

We get to choose.

True love beyond understanding.

John I 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

Titus 2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Before Jesus came into the world it was in darkness and under the dominion of satan,but by His death and ressurrection Jesus has taken us out of darkness into His own wonderful light,to follow Christ is to walk in the light and inherit the kingdom of God.
Now for all the hardship that we Christians experience isn`t this well worth it.

and is seated at the right hand of the Father

He will come again to judge
the living and the dead

i believe in the Holy Spirit
the Holy Catholic Church
the communion of saints
the forgiveness of sins
the ressurection of the body
and life everlasting..

I am a born again Christian, which makes me a follower of Jesus. I try and tell everyone of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I don't want to see anyone left behind or in hell.

God does exist and He is Holy.
He created humans to lavish love and affection on them.
Humans chose to think for themselves and disregard God instruction.
That was sin.
God had warned that sin would bring death.
Because He was God, He had to keep His word.
So.......He, himself fulfilled His own proclamation. He suffered death, so humanity could have another chance at a relationship with Him.
I jumped on that chance, after I realized that not trusting God's directives had been really stupid.
I have never regretted it.
God is great, and worthy to be praised.

as a christian i believe that God created a way for us to come back to him which is Jesus Christ because He loves us. and because of His love we love Him.

Christianity is the relationship between God and his people its not a religion with rules. its love relationship

Someone who professes belief in the teachings of Jesus Christ, chooses to follow him, and forsake my will for his. To be Christian to me is to be Christ like.
