Definitely. I hope that liking someone is usually the reason they kiss, but it's definitely not the only one. Some people kiss just for the sexual pleasure, some might just do it for an ego boost or a pick me up after a bad day,or to not pass up the oppurtunity to kiss anyone, or to show off or make someone else jealous.... etc.etc.
You can also have those situations where the kissing went on when the person did like the other one... but shortly after they change their mind.
Blah Blah Blah. Yes, both sexes can kiss each other without liking the other person... but if that's not what you're looking for, that doesn't mean you have to settle for it! There are just as definitely those that are kissing just because they like each other, even when they only met an hour ago.

depends of the situacion, i've seen people kissing each other on the discos after 5 minutes! just because they wanna kiss someone. And in the real life, i think men we can do it, cause we don't pay somany atention to feeling, and girl i think in the most of cases no, because girl are more emotional than guys.
