Donor organisations that promote computer literacy?

If the company is donating to a "non-profit" ORGANIZATION, there should not be a problem and lots of universities and libraries do it on a regular basis. They do, however, require release forms, tax exempt credits, etc. Call around to your local agencies and they will be able to direct you in the right direction.

A mate of mine works at a financial institution--they gave away half a lorry load of old computers to some charity.

P.S. I wish someone would donate a P-IV in my direction, I am using a laptop that is 6 years old. I had better not complain, though. It does all I need, and I can't seem to kill it.

very difficult to do. Most companies will definately not, because of liability issues.
