Michael S - good comments about BA economy, I'd forgotten how snooty they are. Luthansa have always been mean with their drinks, Air France are nice looking. Easyjet-mostly old dogs!!

British airways in economy...they just hate serving people...theonly reason they do their job is so they get to travel....I know a few, and all they do is winge and moan about their jobs...tell stories of how they humiliate the customers.....they are truely the worst....bizaarly as soon as they work in club/business and first they love their job and treat customers well...but that remains no excuse for the absolutely appalling way they treat their "bread abd Butter" customers.

But Turkish airlines are the most racist...if you are not Turkish...they just dont serve you till last...when all the good food is gone...I have watched and witnessed this happen to tourists from my seat...and even though I am not turkish, I look and speak the part so i get served...but when someone speaks and asks them politely for a drink or food in some other language other than turkish they just ignore you! till then end that is...and the say "sorry we have none"

BA or Qantas in ecomomy. If you press the button they take forever to respond to you, and then make you feel as if you put them out of the way. They are also really stingy with the drinks.

Thompson, rude, insolent, not caring about the passengers. Just do not make your journey, however short or long, enjoyable.
