It certainly wont hurt to stretch.
join a Yoga class.
Or simply hang on the chin up bar for a bit. It feels great
and will make you a little taller temporarily,
until you walk around a bit and gravity puts you back in your place.
Unfortunately constant jogging over the years will compact the spine and make you shorter in time.
You are better off swimming or becoming a yoga guru.

well!! im 6'7" and im 19 and im gonna grow til about 21 so i could be probly 7ft but the best way is to eat healthy food and leave that junk and fast food in the junk and stretch and exercise a lot-remember eat really well thats the most important part

Go daily 4 jogging in d morning
Eat fresh fruits n vegetables.
Drink more water.
Do regular light exercises.
Avoid lifting heavy weights.

No exercise can do that. It's genetically pre-determined. You can do your bit, however, by making sure your nutrition is as good as possible.
