Depends on which country in Africa eg Tanzania is 00+255, Kenya is 00+254, South Africa is 00+27

There's no code for "Africa", but there are different codes for each country. For instance, for Angola it's 011 244 + number.

africa is a continent not a country so if you mean south africa or ghana ect you can find that using the bt phone book online i have typed the link directly to the page you need.
