Numerous detailed studies of Paleomagnetism have shown that over extremely long periods of time, the Earth's magnetic polarity changes. It gradually slows down to an almost halt before swapping over - ie, south becomes north and north becomes south. Globally, the magnetic field has weakened about 10% since the 19th century.
Not only that, but along with pole reversal is the fact that the magnetic north pole actually roams around. It moves to such an extent that it has been documented and recorded since 1831 - at the moment, it averages to about 40km a year.
While this takes far too long to have affected humans, it does mean that in order for any one place to be magnetically relevant over all time, it would have had to shift around the earth.
The simple answer, though, is that the earth does not have a 'centre' of magnetism anywhere on its surface. If anywhere, it would be deep in the middle of the earth, or spread out over an entire line of latitude (depending on your definition of centre).

Yes that's the truth Mecca is indeed the center of the earth and it would be more accurate to change the time zones for this reason, you just need to get over it because it's purely a scientific fact for you and for all non-Muslims, for me and for all Muslims it's a scientific fact and it's also a reason to strengthen our faith: God knows where to choose the holiest place on earth.

no..
and there is no center of the earth, as the earth goes round and it's a sphere. the center of the earth wouldtechnically be the core.
in terms of lattitude and longitude, the center of the earth would be in kenya, not mecca.
and the neil armstrong stuff is totally propaganda. even mainstream muslims now days say that it was totally made up by muslims. and if he did, why didn't he convert to islam??
so no, mecca is not the center of the world.

Absolutely not.
That's just another of the Islamic Propaganda.
The Magnetic Centre of the Earth is at the Centre and the poles are the radiating points.
Mecca, in fact, is of no real significance, except to the Moslems.
