Yes Mexico is free unlike some countries. How do I know because I lived there and I am Mexican.

As far as been legal to vacation there, Yes.
To live there, you should check their Immigration Laws.
Contact their Embassy. They will stir you toward the right direction, I am sure.

it truly is not allowed in any of those countries. yet then the warfare on crime and the sex and human commerce is failing. My answer, legalise and adjust it. Neither, It is a Fascist country like most others. You could die if you are associated with the wrong party. Fox made some improvemetn, but I think alot of his good work disappeared. Not saying Fox is not guilty of some impropriety. No country are free. Ask the Indians in Oxaca

Yes...They vote...They have parties....campaigns.....

It is not illegal to vacation or to live.. It is more complicated to live their legally, without a job to obtain the visa...

In order to travel there, you must have ID, birth certificate, and passport noe I believe.
