I think I loved her the first time I saw her, problem was I was already with someone. Years have passed and I still dream of her all the time. Now she has a girlfriend and so do I but I still cant help to think of her. I cant help but wander what if??

There is nothing in your post to suggest this person has any idea you exist. She's in a relationship, you're in a relationship It would be polite to leave it alone.
However the question you must ask yourself is whether you love the person with whom you are currently in a relationship.
If you are prepared to just walk out on her if this other girl seems vaguely interested, I think you need to be having a good hard think about whether the two of you have a future or not.

I did enjoy the dreams and not say anything. this is b/c dreams don't always mean exactly what they appear to mean. She could simply be a metaphor for some other unresolved issue in your subconscious.
So, enjoy both your relationship and the dreams. If things don't work out with your current partner and you realize you actually have feelings for this other woman, then by all means let her know. At the moment you're not sure if you do feel for her or if you don't, wait until you know for sure. So you don't end up doing something you'll regret horribly later.

You can't love someone the first time you see them, that's just impossible in every meaning of the word. You just liked the way they looked and acted. If you don't love your current girlfriend then break up right now. And if you want to continue to venture after this "dream girl", wait until she's available and make a move.

that is very normal. we often dream about what we cant have. have u ever though about telling her u feel and if u guys can talk about the whole situation.
i had a issue once where i was dating this guy i met over the internet and he had decided that he wanted to be with someone else in his home town becuz we were doing the long distane thing and we had never met but i thought about him everyday thinking what if it could have worked. so i know exactly what it means.

don't go on with your current relationship - it's not fair on your partner - but idon't think you can go back unless the other person splits up with their partner too - you possibly need some time alone to think and stuff!
