I like this guy in university, he's in a few of my courses.
We met at a uni event in Oct, where I went up to him & we had a delightful conversation which was quite funny & memorable.
But...we didnt talk again until last month where we slowly started saying hi to each other again, and finally after class one day he came up to ask me how i was doing and we talked about mundane school stuff.
Before our last exam he left his friends, came up to me and we talked for quite a bit, but my friend came up & interupted & he just awkwardly left!!
He's really nice and sweet but whenever he's spoken to me he doesnt make eye contact and looks like he's DYING for the convo to be over!! Yet he's the one who began it - so I become confused b/c *verbally* he's paying attn. At one point he took out his cell, I thought he might ask for my #, but he just fidgeted with it!!
We dont have any mutual friends so I cant get any insider info. So lost.

I think he like you but is totally shy or maybe a bit insecure as how to move forward... why dont you try asking for his number or suggest that you exchange numbers. You try to initiate convo this time or ask him to a casual lunch, see from there, maybe he'll get more confidence and take the lead.

Ask him how he feels about you? And maybe tell him how you feel about him and see where it goes from there
