Mix one part of syrup to three of four parts of white rum. Add some drops of Kahlua or Tia Maria.

Warm through on the stove, mix in some extra thick double cream, pour over sponge pudding or ice cream... the perfect sticky toffee caramel sauce with a hint of ginger flavouring, try adding some raisans or sultanas when warming the syrup... yum... try something new today......

You can put a tablespoonful or so in some whipped cream for a topping for a pudding.
I make apricot scones, whip the cream, add a piece of the ginger finely chopped, the syrup and it is delicious.

I put it in Christmas cake, Christmas pudding and mincemeat. Or over ice cream or make it into a cheesecake xx
