what is better to connect your sky + to your lcd in terms of picture and sound quality?

a gold connection offers you the best form of connection, but i dont think anything will help except a plasma screen. it dosent matter how good your lcd screen they all have a refresh rate so whenever the really good action is on you will get shadows.

Scart Lead with Gold connectors would give you the best connection.
