You mean to say "What does this mean?"

That German isn't correct either, Bei means at, among, or while; ich verlange means I demand or want; sofort means at once; and kauf is only a part of a word which means to buy. Sofortkauf is not a word.

This sounds like a message from an ebay seller, right?

"Sofortkauf" is the term in ebay Germany for "Buy It Now". The German half-sentence "Bei Sofortkauf verlange ich ..." therefore means: "If you use the Buy It Now option, I demand ..."
