Cut animal fats out of your diet.
Use low fat milk, low fat cheese, low fat meats and so on.
Instead of meat try fish, tuna etc.
Start to eat alot more vegetables and fruit to fill you up since you won't gain weight from those.
Try to stay away from too many carbs, basically you can eat everything except for saturated fats.
The other methods are dangerous and can permanently damage your body, brain and health for life and in severe cases can lead to death - Bulemia, Anorexia etc.
Stay away from cheap slimming pills or slimming teas they are only laxatives and will starve your body and brain of water, it will age your skin and cause a chemical imbalance in the brain eventually if used long term.
Eat healthy and try walking every day, even if it's just taking the stairs instead of the escalator/elavator.

but, it's not good for health. one of my friends, she did not eat carbohydrate. she ate only protein and can lose a lot of weight.
but, you have to check for how many carbohydrate. ( milk and yogurt get a lot of carbohydrate too.)
