Women in that age range would question the motives of a 35 year olds interest in her. But if he explained his attraction to her in a way that was genuine and made sense to her, then maybe.
So, he'd need to alleviate her concerns as to what it is he wanted from such a match up and then she'd be open to the attraction.

In any relationship age should be the factor. They are basically numbers. When the guy is 20 or 50, it shouldn't matter. What is primary is your feel for him and comfort level. As for your 2nd question, there is not formula. If it happens it will happened.

I am 41 and my guy is 34. We love to hunt and fish and alot of alone time together!!! Honesty, caring,etc. What does AGE make any difference?
