In Italy a little bear's cartoon or sort of pelouche or toy would be "orsetto". The word "orsacchiotto" it's mostly used referring to the pelouche that the children use to sleep with.

"piccolo orso" is even correct and make sense but familiarly it's always called "orsetto"

I like "orso piccolo" myself, maybe from being around Spanish all the time. Or you could use "orsacchiotto" - teddy bear.
