yes there is .. there is much fat (unsaturated) in its meat no matter how lean it is ... i want u to know the tissues of a pig is same of a human .. the pig is the only mammal who eats its dung.. plz go to goggle and search for dr . john haniver larsen ..he wrote an artical about the harm of eating pork from his own researches and observations

Pork is safe as long as it is completely cooked.

Well yes, as with any meat -- if it's not cooked properly, the harmful bacteria wont be dead
