Lately I've noticed that my arms are getting a bit bigger but they're not fat. Does anyone know any excercises that will give me slimmer arms? I really don't want muscular arms either...

Work on your triceps. http://exercise.about.com/library/graphics/tricepdip.jpg I love this exercise. Also, you can try 2-5 lbs dumbells.

If you are doing any weight training, STOP. Look at doing a lot of cardio work, walking, running, cycling, all of these including circuit classes help. I am a size 6 in torso and a 10 in arms. Sux getting a decent fitting shirt. I have never really trained to gain these, just a few days a week on the rowing machine, but am very enegretic and very physical. I didn't reasile how this was contributing.I'm also not afraid of a lil hard work.... Therefore my arms are not sticks. All in all you want to concentrate on high energy sprorts. Just have fun with it.

I have the same problem. I've tried weight lifting, swimming, calisthenics, and all sorts of things but the ONLY thing that gave me slim arms was jogging, because it makes you swing your arms back and forth a lot. If you don't want to go outside and jog then just swing your arms back and forth while you watch TV or something.

you could't spot loose weight. To make your fingers look trimmer, identity say paintings on doing an favourite body exercising consultation- imagine cardio- and desire that your fingers will loose fat. To tone them without getting a muscular look, attempt resistance bands. They make for a decrease impact exercising subsequently providing you with lengthy lean muscle mass.

Hmmm. Maintain a negative protein balance (ie, consume less than 0.64 grams of protein per kilo of bodyweight) and perform resistance type exercise on bodyparts you wish to maintain current musculature. Non-trained muscles will then the atrophied in order to restore the protein balance. (The protein deficit coming primarily from the other muscles being trained).

I'd reccomend training legs and core (abs and erector spinae).

My girlfriend asked my Gym instructor that, and he said that it's really hard for women to build big muscles because you dont have the testosterone and stuff. So he recommended using normal weights to tone and cardio to burn fat.
