the second one, and I am trying to guess here:

tutors huddle = reunión de preceptores.
(profesores encargados de vigilar los estudios, la disciplina, etc. en las universidades)
teachers in charge of watching over the studies, discipline, etc. in universities.

Sorry but it is the best I can do.
