I know you guys might probably be frustrating with someone who is posting the same question twice, and i do apologize for that. So here is my question.
Alright, her birthday is coming up, it's on the 24th of this month. So far, I plans to get her 2 dozen of roses, bring her to dinner at House of Prime Rib. But for present, i don't know what to get for her. Any suggestion? If you're a girl, what would you like to get? .. haha please don't be something that is ... too expensive, preferably under 300 dollars!!!! I've thought about asking her to see what she wants, but i don't think that is a good idea. Anything else?
Sorry for the misleading - Me and her are not in a relationship, but is hoping though. :-D Thank you all . . . and once again, I apologize for repeating the same question twice.

If you're not actually in a relationship, all of this is completely inappropriate. You should not plan a "date" with someone you are not actually dating--most women will not react well to being tricked into a date they did not consent to and may not want. She should not accept expensive gifts from you, either--even if it is her birthday.

That said, the typical appropriate gift in this circumstance for someone who actually is your girlfriend would be jewelry. An iPod loaded with special songs would be creative and special--like a very expensive mix tape.

If she's not your girlfriend, though, you should get her a modest but thoughtful gift.

don't worry about asking the same question twice, its okay----!!

you should get her something thaat she is into... like cds. find out what bands she likes, or you can make ber a mix...that way evrytime she hears the cds she will think of you. CDs are great gifts, and she will use them all the time!!! a box of chocoate from Sees candy would be good too. Women love chocolate, its a feel good kinda food, GOOD LUCK!!!

the smile on her face will be awesome

Anything cashmere is a good bet, but I wouldn't be spending too much money on a girl you're not going out with yet. Better to get her something that has personal value to her, something small that shows you listen to her and pay attention to the little things...

Well, I am not a woman--but..get her 'girly things' Let's set your limit at 300 dollars.

Get her a bottle of amazing perfume: Look at Jo Malone brands--The fun with these is that you can mix and match--

Get her an escape day spa package-massage, pedicure, manicure, etc

Does she like to listen to music? If she does, you can get her an iPod, they are under $300.
Does she like taking pictures? You can get her an inexpensive digital camera.
Does she like jewelry? You can get her fresh water pearl necklace or a pair of pearl stud earrings -- they are very inexpensive.
Personally, the last option would be your best bet.

I would luv to get somethin kute that shows how you feel about me...i guess it all depends on the type of gurl she is~materialistic or not~if she is materialistic then i suggest that you buy a necklace and/or bracelet/anklet...but if not then she would be sooo thrilled by the smallest little thing that shows her how you feel...emotionally...it shouldnt be that hard to find out if she is or isnt a materialistic gurl...most of them are... hope it helps...=]

get her a bunch of things and put them all in a gorgeous gift box wth decoration and dried flowers inside... like u can get her: a perfume, a nice book, a couple of nice scented candles, a music CD, a key holder, a small cute teddy bear, a scarf, ... u know a bunch of nice things that will all cost even less than 300$...and get them nicely wrapped..and..in a beautiful box...that'd be better than just one gift..
