She has children and she has been hurt before. I try to just be her friend, but the more she pushes away the more I love her.

i have somewhat the same experience like her, there this guy who's really trying to pursue my love... even i like him, i'm trying to avoid him... because there's deep reason why... i'm beginning to fall for him so i tried to pushed him away so i wont hurt myself more in getting in love with him... there's nothing to blame w/ the girls who are afraid to love & get hurt again. she's just protecting her heart...

& in your case mr. scgraphics, with her situation it's not good to have a mistake again, because she also consider her children.

Be sensitive & patient with her, prove that you won't hurt her, that your intentions are true.

by the way, in my case that guy is my bf now!!!
hope you'll get the same result like my bf did...LOL!

Be very patient with her I understand this situation all too well. Once we (women-not necessarily all of us though) have been hurt we have trouble believing that every guy hasn't set out to do the same thing. So, just be patient and no matter what show her that you will be there. After a while she will realize that you are sincere and she will naturally let herself go.It'll take time but from what you've said about her-you obviously believe she's worth it....

If you love her, she going to make sure that if you're the One, you better love her children even more than you love her. Parents live for their children. Don't fake it either, she will know it. Depending on their age, offer to be part of their family activities. Find out what they like, and give gifts. Take an interest in the kids' lives and you'll win everyone's heart.

Give her some time. Show more concern to her and the children. She might change and offer herself to you.
