i work at a small retail store, and ive been having my eye on a coworker whom i met about 2 weeks ago.
im pretty sure hes some what intrested in me, but i really do not know if it just to have a friendship or a relationship.
basically, i would like to tell him that im intrested.
im somewhat shy at first (basically the approach is the part im shy on, talking, im not)
any pointers?

I am the same way I can do the talking but its hard for me to get the approach due my shyness level which happens to be very high...xD...but the way I would approach him is to first go up to him when he IS around his friends, just to see how he reacts...after you've done this then i would suggest starting up a convo that'll somehow magically end in a flirty matter ;)...I do believe that you can work your magic from there...let me know if this helps because I do it and it doesnt always end up the way i wanted it to...actually some of my dude friends today i got by doing that but they just want to be frineds because i can help "score another chick"...but i have a real good feeling that itll do wonders for you...

Becareful with engaing in relationships with coworkers.
Just ask him if he would like to go get some coffee after work or something. I'm sure he would gladly accept, especially after a long day of work. You can then talk to him and find out about him and reveal your interest for him.

i think that if you feel something for him and you are aware that he is interested in you then you should definitely be open to something more than friends. Try flirting with him in the back room of the store or something. If you get the guts, kiss him while your back there too. Guys LOVE aggressive girls. See what his reaction is. If he doesnt want a relationship, at least you know you tried right?

Tell him just what you told us. If he's interested then he'll pick up the pace from there. But if he's not, then you're no worse off from watching and wishing from afar
