That is really really really bad Latin. It looks like someone ran an English sentence through one of those online translators and got back that garbled mess. Unfortunately, it translates back into English as "You are the most dark/gloomy of my prayer/desire". Rather unintelligible, but the best one can expect from one of those language butchers.

Latin...a dead language that many science/medical terms are derived from. Also was the language used by the Catholic church to celebrate mass until the late 60's. The exact translation of the phrase is "You are the most dark of my prayer"
