Diet rich in iron, if you're still a young man and could grow taller (and want to be taller.) Iron is in red meat and green leaves vegetable. Body can use iron more effectively when it is eaten with vitamin C.

Being short is not that bad. Given everything else is the same, short men use less soap!

It should be the same. Height shouldn't matter on your diet. It's the weight that matters.
