Let's divide up your terms here:
Police, FBI, and SWAT all fall under the category of law enforcement. The job of law enforcement is to make sure that a nation's laws are enforced, and that crimes (breaking the law) are dealt with in the judicial system.
The police are the basic tool of law enforcement - they can enforce the laws at a federal, state or local level. Typically they only cover their jurisdiction. Each city and town usually has its own police department. They work to prevent crimes, and arrest criminals.
The FBI stands for Federal Bureau of Investigation. They are part of the United States' Department of Justice, and their role is investigating criminal activity (especially violations of federal law).
SWAT stands for Special Weapon and Tactics. SWAT units are usually police units, made up of officers who are specially trained in heavier weapons and tactics. They are usually used for situations where there is extreme danger to police and civilians, such as when a suspect is armed and dangerous, or there are hostage situations. They typically work as a team.
The military is the forces used by the government, primarily to fight in wars against other countries. Their job is to fight. The army is generally considered one brach of the military. In the US, the military is under the Department of Defense, and has several main branches: the Army (typically considered the ground troops - soldiers), the Navy (fighting at sea), the Air Force (fighting in the air, and providing air cover for land and sea operations), and the Marines (they started off as a branch of the Navy, as soldiers trained to land off ships and attach coastal positions or board enemy ships, but are now pretty much their own fighting force.
To confuse things even more, the branches often overlap in function - the Army and Navy have their own air groups, and the Marines often are assigned far from the sea to do fighting that the Army would typically do. The US military is also used to provide humanitarian relief missions, as they are easily mobilized.
In some countries, the police and the military are one in the same - in times of peace, they enforce the laws, and in times of war, they fight the country's enemies. However, in America, and many European countries, there is a real need to keep them separate. If the miltary is used to fighting enemies and is called upon to police the people... the people don't want to be seen as the enemy.

There is no fbi swat. They use the police swat as an assistant. In a bank robbery you always still see the police and then the fbi agents may respond. The fbi only does plan arrest. They don't answer emergency calls, so they don't have a swat.

There are big differences: The police are the guys you see in their cars on the streets responding to the usual calls and pulling over cars, etc etc.
The FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) is the organisation that follows up on big crimes and high profile criminals. They are the ones with information on everybody and they are the ones who find out who the real bad guy is.
SWAT (Special Weapons And Tactics) is the division that are trained to go and arrest these high profile criminals and to end hostage dramas, etc etc. They have elements of 5 people each who are constantly watching the each others backs and they are trained to resolve dangerous situations without bloodshed!
The army and military are one and the same and are mainly used for terrorism and war.
I hope I have helped you out! :)
