Eat less processed foods or better yet none at all. White flour and white sugar are an invention of modern food processing.
White flour has no bran. Bran is non nutritive fiber that the digestive system does not assimilate. It not only helps to give you a full and satisfying feeling it is almost non-choleric.
Eat as our great-great-great grandparents did. More fruits and vegetables and almost no highly processed food such as white bread.
Not only do they bleach the stuff, manufactures such as the ones who make me "Wonder" who they think they are fooling strip the wheat of all it's nutrition and then fortify it with supposedly synthetic vitamins, which the human body does not assimilate well.
Go back to the basics with your diet and do not eat after 7:00PM.

You don't need to lose weight, but then I think you know that already. You're about right for you height and age. It's not uncommon for women to feel uncomfortable or unhappy with their bodies. Very few of us are completely satisifed. Your body has been changing over the last few years. That's normal, it's because you are growing up.
Why do you try making some changes to your life style in general to make it more healthy. For example eating on during the evening is not good for your body. You wouldn't expect a car to run without fuel, why do you expect your body too. Try and spread your eating about a bit more through the day. Consider what you are eating. Ensure you are eating enough fruit and veg (you should eat a least 1lb in weight of vegetables a day.) Drink 1.5 litres of water (I think that's about 3 pints) if you hate water drink other fluids but be wary of drinks containing caffine and sugar. Increase your exercise levels. Pick something your really enjoy. If you find it boring you won't stick with it. These things will help you feel physically in the best form and become more comfortable with your body as it is now.
Learn to enjoy and appreciate your new body shape. You're fine, you're definitely not fat.

Sorry my dear, it is easy to loose weigh only and only if you have determination and discipline. First you have to check on the types of food you eat, prefer no fatty, sugar and starchy foods. Take more fruits, vegetables and water. Never, I repeat never skip breakfast or lunch. It is okay to go to bed with only a glass of fresh (no added sugar) juice. Skiping lunch and taking dinner/supper means the whole amount of food you take is going to be consumed by the body while you have no exercise to burn extra calories there after. It is better to take full lunch as you there after dont just go and rest or watch TV. You will have other activities to do like walking from one office to another, walking back home etc, which burn extra calories. Also if you are using public transport and have no time for exercises, build the habbit of diembarking from the bus at least one stop from where you normally diembark and walk back home. This is a very simple and good exercise.

You could try to balance out your eating habits. It's recommended that you divide your meals through out the day instead of munching it all at once. Try snacking on healthy food throughout the day so you won't eat as much at thing. Eat breakfast. Have some fat free yogurt. Have a banana. Try lots of fruits to snack on.
Also there's the exercising part. You can try speed walking from and to your classes and other places. Do a set of exercise when you wake up in the morning. It doesn't have to be much, but it'll be a good start.

Being 5'2 your normal weight range is 110-120. So you are in range. You could probably go down to 110lbs. Do what makes you comfortable. Maybe even try toning rather than losing weight?

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!

Honestly, it's about self control okay?
You have to know how much you eat and stop yourself from getting carried away.
Exercise more, walk around on campus since youre at college.
(You're 16 and already in college???)
