Yes, sweetie, based on what you wrote, she SERIOUSLY needs help. I don't know how old you are, which could limit what you're able to do. I'm not big on medication, but your mum needs it. Do you have any adult friends or family who can advise you? If she's paranoid, she won't even consider counseling. Do you have a family doctor you could talk with? Perhaps if she goes to the doctor, (for some other reason), the doctor might be able to prescribe something leading her, (not outright lying), to believe it's for something else--something physical, to relax her or whatever. I'd advise you to talk to an adult in a position to take some action before this gets worse. This is far more serious than "depression" & is impacting your life. (& others). You are very caring, & I'm glad you're reaching out--please reach out to someone who can help. You might even have a talk with your teacher, who should know what's available/possible to do.. I hope for the best for all of you.

Sometimes we have to walk away to heal

Your mother needs medical help. Could be that properly treated she'll come right.

Right now her needs and the needs of your sisters are beyond you.

Focus on you. Get help for you.

It sounds like she should be in a psychiatric hospital. Is she taking medication or has she gone through any kind of treatment?
