problem in uninstalling and reinstalling hp scanjet 4070 scanner. Any patch file required for reinstallation?

I am [e-mail] dont hesitate to contact me on my e-mail when you need any help in computer so about your problem :
Whenever you want to install adriver for a HP device you have to install the driver from the cd while the device is disconnected with the computer then when the installation wizard asks you to connect the device you have to turn it on first then connect it to the computer and the installation wizard will take it and install it properly so try this and let me know what the result please.
