The easy answer is "when you're ready". Visualize what he would be like...not necessarily the physical characteristics but the qualities you feel are important. You mention brains, looks, education, religious. So picture what this person would be like, picture yourself with this person doing the things you want to do with him. Imagine him in every situation you can, the two of you together doing whatever. Keep this picture in your head...think about it before you go to bed and when you wake up in the morning. Pretty soon he will come along.

Any time; this is what happened in a second. Problem is that no one know that when will be that second. I have been through this situation. One thing one should not forget that as you are expecting many things from him; he may either many more from you so you should prepare yourself for the situation.

you can't go shopping for your soul mate. It's not a thing you just go out and find. I think if you go out looking for him, your killing your chances of finding him. just relax, play the field and he'll find you. your the woman! You're on the receiving end! guys should be waiting in line to apply for your "soulmate" position.
