It has been almost a year and I found out that my girlfriend is looking into rings for me. We've been through a lot and haven't done much (ie: sex anything). I care for her a lot and I just want some help with this please.

Your not ready. You should not be in this relationship. If the love of my life was getting me a ring I'd be putting it on a fast as I possibly could.
Get a card that says "So long!" It's been fun but this is not suppose to go to marriage.
That is serious stuff, if she's buying a ring she is obviously trying to fix something and marraige does not fix wounds it just opens them up.
