More energetic - alive, alert, awake, enthusiastic - and increased sex drive.

EDIT: In regards to the girl who posted right below me, she's absolutely right. I've had terrible problems in my stomach, what was believed to be an ulcer, and it was sparked a lot from caffeine. Drink in moderation if possible.

Everything above and then some ... I cut out all caffeine for health reasons a while back and I did experience the ulcer feeling in the esophagus as well a few years back ... I now drink a natural and healthy energy drink 2 times a day. It is the first energy drink to hit the market in the form of a powder so you can mix it up with the beverage of your choice no matter where you are at. Many studies have been performed on the relationship between coffee consumption and many medical conditions, ranging from diabetes and cardiovascular disease to cancer and cirrhosis. Studies are contradictory as to whether coffee has any specific health benefits, and results are similarly conflicting with respect to negative effects of coffee consumption. In addition, it is often unclear whether these risks or benefits are linked to caffeine or whether they are to be attributed to other chemical substances found in coffee (and whether decaffeinated coffee carries the same benefits or risks).

One fairly consistent finding has been the reduction of diabetes mellitus type 2 in coffee consumers, an association that cannot be explained by the caffeine content alone and indeed may be stronger in decaffeinated coffee.

Recently, coffee was found to reduce the chances of developing cirrhosis of the liver: the consumption of 1 cup a day was found to reduce the chances by 20%, and 4 cups a day reduced the chances by 80%.

Thank You... =)

Antioxidants & Caffiene

Coffee is really awesome.

It is a aquiered taste but you can choose from a variety of flavors.

Also try to get good coffee so that you can really taste and feel the effects. It is a old fasioned pick me up, but be careful not to over do it. Coffee is very addictive and smells strong so chicks may not want to kiss you.

Keeps you awake and prevents car accidents? J/K
In moderation, coffee is good for your heart, because it's a mild stimulant, and it's good for people with low blood pressure or people who are prone to blood clots (that's why it's bad for people with high blood pressure). It also acts as a digestive- helps break down proteins and fat after a meal.
My main reason for drinking coffee is the taste- I love me some coffee.

You stay alert when making that early morning drive to the office. 1-3 cups should be fine, but more than that can actually cause health problems due to the caffeine content.

Drinking coffee cuts alcohol's bad effects...
A large study found that one cup of coffee per day cut the risk of alcoholic cirrhosis by 20 percent. Four cups per day reduced the risk by 80 percent.
Hope that helps!
