Be yourself,stay calm and when a girl approaches to talk to you be at ease and keep your nerves. Generate any topic for conversation(easy ones like howz life? or what about studies? maybe if shes a sports freak ask about India's chances winning the next match).Slowly you will come close guaranteed!!

Be yourself, and be normal. You don't need to act "cool" or be "cool" to be with girls. Just talk like the way you usually talk to boys. If you are shy, just start out by saying Hi to everybody everytime you meet. Then one day, they will start talking to you, when you have build your confidence, then start with daily conversations like
- how was the test today?
-whats for lunch?
-how are you today?
-you look so happy today, whats driving you?
-what happened? you look pretty sad
When you have generated a topic, the conversation begins, and so has the communication.

You actually should start by being yourself. You don't wanna try so hard to make friends some people take advantage of that. Be yourself, it will earn you Friends, loyal friends and most of all respect for you being you. You have to develop a strong self confidence about yourself, if you have that strong feeling of confidence you will attract friends solely because of your persona.

go up and talk and find a common cause for each orther and nothing else work help them with something and sometimes brings people tgether
